So my hair is super frizzy and like poofy so my mom bought this chemical straightening stuff at the store and it talks about relaxing curls... but does chemical straightening your hair do anything for frizz? like bad frizz?

It should get rid of the frizz, since chemical straightening means completely straight. But the roots when they grow out, will be a bit frizz/poofy till you touch up.

Chemical straighting basically just protects your hair from getting damaged. For the frizz problem id deffinitally get Erbal Essence Frizz Ease shampoo & conditioner.I have frizzy hair as well and it works like a charm.
