my AT&T razor doesnt get picture messages

okay, i have a pink motorola razor (the new one) and one day it just stopped recieving picture messages and it wont get on the internet. i need the internet so i can download ringtones and i whenever i try to send picture messages it says; message unable to send. try again ? and when i try to recive it it says, message unable to to download. try again? does anyone know to do? ive already tried resetting it but it still hasnt done anything. i also know for a fact that i am paying for picture messaging

call AT&T because for some reason your internet option zones have been changed, nothing that you are controlling yourself since you haven't changed your internet options on the phone.

Make sure you have insurance on the phone in case it's something internally wrong with the phone. I have a red one, and it has done all kinds of stupid things not to mention that the carrier has access to removing, blocking or disabling internet privileges.
