Too big?

I am 110llbs, 16 years old, a jean size of 26, and a 34D bra is too small.
Is this normal?

I was near the same as you were, so yes, it's ok!
Don't let people tell you you're TOO big!
You're fine the way you are, even though you may feel sometimes frustrated by the attention you'll get from boys.
Just think: Some girls are stuck with a 32AA chest in their 20s.
