i the show made and episode:
"stars dancer" (2008) A clumsy outcast wants to join her school's Star Dancers. ]

does that take place in houston tx?
because i remember the coach saying "you will be going to houston" and then Leighann's hoodie said west brook, so ya.

(i watched it today JUNE 17, if that helps)

It doesn't take place in Houston. Leighann's made coach is a coach for a team in Houston, which is why she took her to Houston (to see the coach's team and to show her how much hard work being a dancer really is).

To be honest, I'm not sure where exactly it was filmed. I've seen the episode a few times in the past week, though, so I'm sure it'll be on again and that they probably mention where she's from in the first few minutes.
