ok well i really kinda like this girl but she just been my friends for a long time and all but i kinda want something more than friends she is cool is hell we hang out all the time and just tonight a 4 in the morning we went skinny dipping but i no she likes someone else what do i do?

I know this is Hard to do. But you have to tell her you like her. Girls LOVE it when you come out first. Maybe she has the same feelings for you, And the other guy she likes will be history when she finds out how you feel about her. She probably likes you but thought you didn't like her so she tried liking someone else. Hope i helped(:

I know this may sound crazy, but it is the only answer, which is proper and it is a solution. Tell her you like her, and say that you just wanted to tell her, but, NOT to make her like you back, but just for her to know. Girls work in a very weird way, once you tell her, she'll realise you care about her and most probably give up on the guy she wants and just come to you. Plus, good friends mean being able to talk to each other about anything, right?! If you are nervous or unsure then, ask her hypothetically, like "What would you say if I told you I liked you?!" and see her reaction. :)
