i love pilates. i take classes on youtube this 10 minuete ab one. does anyone know another ab pilate video thats free and more then 10 mere minuetes?

Do you have onDemand? I watch some videos [fitness section]. There's a lot of yoga/pilates..and certain workouts for specific areas of the body like upper body, abs, legs, etc. Some are 10 minutes up to 25 mins!
