mouse pad thingy on my laptop

my mouse pad thing on my laptop stopped working. and i havent even had it for a month what should i doo?

mouses at stores only cost about 10-15 dollars. just go buy one and hook it to the back of your computer. there is a little hole either in the side of it or in the back that has a little mouse picture above it. just go buy a real good mouse and stick it in there! simple as that!

P.S. i recommend one that has the lazor thingy on the bottom instead of a ball. the ones with the ball can easily get dust collected in there and then you have to go buy ANOTHER one. ive had my mouse since christmas and it works just as if i just got it! :)
