Has anyone had any experiece with hydroxycut?? Does it work?? What did you have to do in order to make the weight loss continue??

Dont use it. There are a few long term affects, and things that can happen to you in the future caused by it.
When you start taking it you'll basically have to take it forever because what happens when you stop taking it you'll gain tons of weight. That happens because your body gets addicted to it and needs it to keep weight off.
If you want to lose weight just eat healthy. Eat little portions every two hours and excersise. It helps to take vitamins too. If you go to your doctor ask them about vitamins and metabolisim pills to speed up the metabolisma and lose weght healthy.
