Can what happens if the girl hasn't hit puberty yet and has sex? Can she get pregnant?
And what happens if the girl has hit puberty but the boy hasn't????

It's probably less likely because a girl doesn't start releasing eggs until her menstrual cycle starts. However, if she was just about to hit puberty, then she may already have eggs in her system.
And guys can have sperm before they hit puberty, so yeah, the girl could get pregnant. But, the penis won't start growing until puberty, so I doubt any girl would want to have sex with a baby dick.

in VERY RARE OCCASIONS the girl might get pregnant before hitting puberty but that's only because she's maturing fast. and in that case the baby is most likely not able to survive because of the lack of blood (not having a period)
