you can...and sometimes a condom dont always help...and it usually takes a while to show up..like a year...but if you get any sores in or around your mouth...get it checked out

yes you can get an STD. some STDs don't have symptoms and some make your throat hurt, you get bumps in or around your mouth, etc. just use a condom and save yourself the trouble.
