I've already sent her a txt message saying that I do want to kiss her and she agreed and she wants to also, but every time I get a good chance to I screw it up, for some reason I get nevouse and mess up, and there are a bunch of other guys that keep on making fun of us cause I have yet and that rely pisses me off alot and I want to alot but for some reason I cant get myself to do it. Any advice?

Hey there.
What you're experiencing is normal for a first kiss. It's just your nerves getting the better of you. When you finally do it, you will realize that you had nothing to be scared about and you'll feel comfortable doing it whenever.
Screw those other guys who make fun of you. They're just making the situation worse for you. Don't listen to them - it's none of their business anyway.
When you and you're girl are together, a way where you can't really mess up and she will know what to expect is to take her hands, look in her eyes, move your head closer and plant your lips on hers (close your eyes for this bit) and do a closed mouth kiss for, say, 2,3 seconds. Keep it short and sweet. It's foolproof :)
Because you're really nervous, I don't recommend using tongues just yet.
