Right, something needs to be cleared up, here.
If you're trying to get with someone, the last thing on your mind should be foreplay. Foreplay should only be on your mind when you've got them and you're both ready to be doing those things!
I can also tell you that each girl is different - so me telling you what I like could be pretty pointless because a girl you get with might like the opposite.
If you're trying to be noticed by this girl you like and try to prove to her you'd be a good boyfriend:
1. Be yourself.
2. Make the effort with her. (talk to her when possible, show an interest, make contact if you can - such as touch her arm when you're talking, txt/call/email, hang out etc and things should move on from there.
