Volleyball I was wondering, for volleyball tryouts
what do they usually expect you to be able to do?
running?
bump pass?
setting?
serving?
what all should I know?

for my volleyball tryouts we had to know:
-passing
-setting [[ if you were trying out for setter ]]
-serving
-spiking
-digging
-blocking
you also have to be in good shape. start running a lot. probably a mile a day atleast. this will work your thighs and those are probably the most used muscles in volleyball. also try to do some lunges everyday. work on agility stuff to [[ladders, sprint and pivit, etc.]] because you have to move extremely quick to the ball ]
You should also be in good physical shape so it wouldn't hurt to start running maybe twice or week or so to start building your stamina. ]

Bumping
setting
serving ( under and over hand)
spiking
digging ]
