Okay There is this guy I like let's call him bob okay.
So anyways I like "bob" and the thing is he is my best friend. I havn't told anyone this.
The problem is my other bff also likes "bob". She told me and me only. I don't wanna hurt her feelings but should I crush mine either? What would you do if you were in my shoes?

Is your friend the type of girl who moves on quickly, or has multiple crushes at a time? If she is, you could just wait a while until she doesn't like "Bob" anymore, then it would be okay for you to get in there.
I think the nice thing to do in this situation would be to talk to her, though. Tell her you've also fallen for him, but you didn't want anyone to know and see what she says.
What happens from there will depend on her reaction. If she doesn't mind, then by all means, go for it. If she gets upset, you will need to think of the consequences - you could lose her over this. Is it really worth it?
I know this might not seem like much help, but you need to decide what you personally want to do. I definitely think you should tell her you like him. Then it will become clear to you what you should do from there - that is what I would do, anyway.
