should i tell him.?

well i like this boy and we used to go out.but then by accident i sent him an IM that said i woudl never go back out with him and i only had 2 bf and he said "what me" and i go "yeah" . but i like him but he likes this other girl and i cant talk to him cuz his cell doesnt work and has divorced parents and he never gave me a home number. and he doesn't have a computer anymore. should i tell him that i like him an if i do how can i tell him i dont know where he is at all.

Next time you see him pull him aside and be like, I really need to talk to you and just tell him exactly how you feel. I know it's eaiser said than done but you should try it.
