multitasking in nursing

what is multitasking?
is it good in nursing, if yes then why

multitasking is like being able to juggle things at once, keeping a constant pase with things. and sure, nursing has you doing many things at once, and if you're good at thinking on your toes, and juggling multiple issues or whatever the case then of course it's good in nursing.
