boil near my eye?
i have horrendous allergies to pollen. so, to avoid rubbing my eyes, i blink really hard and generate tears so that i can pull out my eye discharge that accumulates in my tear ducts that is full of pollen (which really helps). well like recently, like... today... i noticed this little tiny ... almost pimple-like bump right near my tear duct. it's on my skin -- not on the pink part -- but it's REALLY REALLY REALLY small but i can still see it when i look really close up. in any case, it hurts like hell! i blink really hard and my whole eye gets REALLY really sore and sensitive. and if i touch the bump, forget it.. i'm either a.) scratching the hell out of my eyes or b.) practically crying from the pain. or both a & b :) which is NOT fun. so i've been thinking about getting an allergy shot. no scratch that.. i AM getting an allergy shot. but the bump is very small, white and hurts like helllll. could it be because i OD on eye drops? like. alot.

No. It is called a sty. It is from irritation (you rubbing your eyes). It is essentially a pimple near your eye. Yes, they hurt like crap, but they are no biggie. And the allergy shot will help, along with crying for a bit to clear out your ducts once in a while.
