increasing metabolism

how do i increase my metabolism or my bodys metabolic rate or watevah...fanx

That actually isn't true.

There's no such thing as fat-burning foods, but there are things you can do to increase your metabolism.

Aerobics and weight training really boosts your metabolism. You may also find yourself eating more than you usually do, which is normal because your body needs more calories. Like, whenever I was playing a sport, my metabolism sped up. I ate a lot more than I did during the off-season, but it's not like it made me fat, it turned into muscle or I burned it off while running.

Eat 5-6 smaller meals a day instead of three big meals. Make sure you don't skip meals or starve yourself because that SLOWS your metabolism. Make sure you drink a lot of water.

Short and sweet: You don't. You can't. There's no way. I'm sorry if this isn't the answer you want to hear, but there's no miricle pill or miricle exercise that will increase your metabolic rate.
