Headache

Hi Everyone!

i have this headache.
its on the front of my head.
i took advil 20 minutes ago and it hasnt started helping yet.

im thinking it might be stress?
or dehidrating

how do i make it go away? i have a big test today. &the rest of the week

In addition to the other advice meantioned, I find that sensory deprivation tends to help headaches. Lay down in a dark, quiet room and try not to think about your headache.

ok. i would suggest this:

1. advil takes at least 30-45 mins for me to work.
2. Drink lots of fluids and get good rest.
3. Before your test, listen to beethoven or mozart (classical music). it helps your concentration.
4. you might also have allergies, which require meds like claritin.
