ok im overweight. im about 158 pounds and im 13. i dont really look fat unless i wear tight clothing, im not like the people that have a double chin or rolls that stick out.
so my question is, how do i lose weight before june 14? like i want to weigh 120 and look good in a tankini. i dont really want to do heavy excercising
and one more thing. Loosing weight takes time. You might not get the results you want in one month because it could even take several months for you to see significant change. But, if you keep it up then it will happen.
