The easiest thing you can do to someone to get their attention is tease them, and that could quite possibly what's going on here. It's just like back in elementary school when if someone liked someone they'd always pick on them. That kinda behaviour doesn't really go away, we just find more acceptable ways of going about it. That's probably what the whole thing is about. The guy with a pic of you in his locker really probably has a thing for you hence that being the only picture.
As for asking them to dance, it's really simple, you really just have to ask. If they say they don't like dancing or something just take their hand and drag them up. Most guys (at least until higher grades) try to get away from dancing with girls just because they're probably scared of making a fool of themselves. Just relax and ask him, get the point across that you really just want to dance with him. [ Ice232's advice column | Ask Ice232 A Question ]
