If I were you, I'd definitely speak to my counselor about starting a club or reach-out group. Kind of like a mentoring group where you can visit middle schools and make presentations for the girls. In order to be recognized as a school club, you'll need enough people to sign up, so they know that there are enough students interested.
Plus, if you become a club, the school website will most likely give you a page where you can post your stuff. If not, I believe angelfire and geocities has free website hosting. [ ellegirl606's advice column | Ask ellegirl606 A Question ]

Or you could ask your school principle or who ever was in charge of the presentation you saw and ask them to hold it or one really similar to it for the fallowing years, tell them how much you were inspired by it and how you liked it and you think it will be good for the upcoming freshmen to see.
