Hi, For those who have subscribed to the BIG BROTHER LIVE 08 thing on your mobiles, Does it charge the "6 dollars per month" from your credit, or from your bank account?

I couldn't find the answer anywhere on the official Big Brother site for Australia. It tells you how to sign up for the service but not how you are billed. Usually in these situations you'll be charged directly to your monthly cellular bill.
However, it would be in your best interest to call 3 Mobile yourself and ask how you're billed for their Big Brother promotion on the plan you have with them. They're the experts on it and will definitely be able to give you that answer.
