i am going out with a girl who i want to kiss but she dosnt want to. what should i do?

If you really like the girl then you should respect her boundaries. If you pressure her into it then she is probably going to get very upset with you and she may break-up with you. Let her know that you want to kiss her, but that you are willing to wait until she is comfortable with it. Letting her know you respect her, will make her feel good and she may come around quicker.
