Question Posted Saturday April 26 2008, 7:40 pm

you know how nail straighthner is just like nail polish, but, of course,it makes your nails harder and less likley to break? how exactly does the polish strengthen your nails? like, is there some kind of chemical in it or something? and, should you just wit for teh strenthner to ware off, because i wait a few days before i put another coat on.

thanks so much for your help!

I think it does have a chemical in it..also it puts on havy clear nail polish therefore harding your nail making it less likely to break. once your nail strengthner is dry its fine to put a coat of polish right on that. then i would finish with either clear or top coat or put the strengthner on that ...hope i helped
