What are some food I should eat ? That are like healthy
and What are some I should stay away from?

Also I want to loose 10 lbs before the end of May, any good work outs?

Go to seventeen.com for good workouts, and try and get the magazine if you can. Stay away from salty foods, sugary foods, and carbonated drinks (they make you bloat). Do 3 sets of 25 sit-ups in the morning, and 3 sets in the evening. Do the same with jumping jacks and push-ups, and try bicep curls.
