i have alot of thigh fat, and some belly fat.
I really want to get rid of it within 3 weeks please:]

whats good foods to eat (try to be specific )
and work outs?
I do track after school, so what are some good things to do?

Well...I would determine my calorie intake first. You can go to a website online to find it. Then record the food (the calories) you eat for about a week or so, see how you do. :) Also, you might want to jog a mile or two. Don't take any weight loss pills though, they can be harmful and have bad side affects.
Some healthy foods are like, mini wheats, any kind of whole grain cereal, fruit, granola bars etc... You might try getting low fat yogurt, or some baked chips, they're less fat and still good. Don't skip any meals either, that can actually make you gain weight.

Well a good thing to do is to do like weight lifting instead of just doing cardio alone and try to go to a sauna a few times that will help you receieve more energy so you could work out a lot more. Another thing to do (and probably the hardest) is to go on this like detox milkshake diet for a month, like nothing else but health shakes.
