iPod Touch 1.1.4 icon wiggle?...

My iPod Touch is jailbroken, however I dunno how to do the wiggly icons thing.. I tried searching websites but there's info about the 1.1.3 one only.

Do i need to download something for this or?...

The wiggle is to move the icons around, if you press an icon and hold it for a few seconds it should work. But my itouch isn't jailbroken so it may not work the same?
