Wether you know me or not, I'll listen & help the best I can. I use to cut in middle school but I stopped in high-school to, But recently my life hasn't been the best either. First off screw what people have to say, rumors come & go. I know many people at school that cut and try and stay secretive about it, but it's hard to hide.
Instead of cutting, since it's warm, try going outside and kicking a ball, or throwing a rock agaisnt more rocks, or in water. I know people who take warm baths or showers for a while & cool off about life sometimes. WRITING about [secertave] works the best. Try to write a small book or poem or even quote[s]. Screaming in a pillow, Go shopping if you have money. Whatever is bothering you, stay away from, If it's family hang out at a friends house, If it's friends don't text, don't get on instant messaging, facebook or myspace & just chill around the house, If it's both, go for a long bike ride or even run. You can even try to talk to your counlser but I doubt that works, mine isn't worth crap.
Friends- whoever is bothering you- ingore them for a few hours, & see how hard it is without talking to a best/close friend.
annoying- do the same thing as above, don't be rude, it really hurts deep down.
being fake- it's highschool, move on, it happens.
family- go to a cousins house or a best friends house or even outside to get away from it all.
teachers- FORGET the teachers who treat you like shit or don't care, it's highschool once again, they could care less about your personal life; & you only have about a month left, tops. act like you're fine, be youself & be loud; be notied by them. If they have a problem; get at em'.
school- the only thing I can tell you here, is try & even though it's warm outside, do your homework first! Highschool is important to pass, if you'lre doing bad in the subject, ask the teacher to stay after school; most will. If teh teacher won't stay after school; go for tutoring.
sports- I don't get what your saying here. Everyone is good at a sport, serisouly. Try everything & practice, it takes time & effort if you didn't start when you were four years old. But in order to stay on your highschool team, you can't flunk your classes.
grades- Just read what I told you for school; I got it their.
Drama- Welll... Drama, walk away from it. If you're involed, stay away from those friends for a while and DON'T PICK SIDES. talk to both; & Don't tell each other what the other one has to say.
sadness- I don't know, Wouldn't you be sad from what I said above? If your sucidal I can't help you besides go talk to someone professinal; not your cousler.
weight- Oh i'm so sick of hearing about weight. If you think you're fat, your most likely not until your 43854 pounds & 4'2, drinkk wather, workout, eat healthy, run, & eat 6 small meals, not 3 large ones.
boyfriends- You don't need a boyfriend, you want to talk about drama? It's hgihscool and your a freashmen, you aren't going to marry the guy you meet in 9th grade. Just enjoy being a kid.
being good at something; you are always gooda t something, you just have to find it. Their are so many things out their to pick from; from being running fast to babysitting, you are good at at least one thing.
Tired all the time; take vitamins & drink more water; take naps when you get home from school & talk to your doctor about being tired all the time, that could have nothing to do with your problem.
