I'm 5'7", 135 lbs, and have way too much muscle on my thighs. When I wear dresses, I don't look cute anymore because my thighs and hips seem to look pretty fat. How do I decrease or lengthen the amount of muscle in my thighs? And is there any way to downsize my hips? Thanks.
