windows movie maker to facebook?

I made a video on Windows Movie Maker, and now i want to put it on Facebook, I already have a website to convert files

, now my problem is I dont know what to put as my Input Format..? because everytime i test something it says Error While Converting Format.
Any Help?

Well, you maybe trying to upload the saved project. You will need to go to "finish move" then save it to the location you specify. I believe the default is "My Videos" in the "My Documents" folder,not sure because I changed the default myself long time ago. You may just want to leave it to the default save location. That's just a matter of personal preference. The file will be saved under the .WMV extension. The format is WMV.
