here are the malls near you i found that have namebrand outlet stores:

Willowbrook Mall
Memorial City Mall
Katy Mills Mall
M Z K Bags & Outlet Mall
Rice Village, also known as the Village

also, like i said on earlier in the other question asked, tj maxx and ross have plently of namebrand clothes to choose from. and they are usually cheaper than an outlet store in the mall.
