hello! does anyone know any filipino populations/markets in the northeast? around ny, philadelphia, and nj?

i want to buy the soaps offline and was told they are sold at filipino stores but i dont know of any. does anyone here?

If that link doesn't work, just go to ebay.com and search likas papaya soap. It's really cheap, only $3-5.
