how can i make him notice me?

hey i want this guy to notice me we talk a lot! i mean we are best friends but i want him to notice me and want me to be with him. i don't want him to feel like im following him. which im not i ignore him sometimes well sometimes lol... i need help i want him to notice me as sexy and cute with out being vulgur and slutty. thanx

Be yourself haha.
But most guys like girls with individual styles. Don't be an Abercrombie clone. Shop at new places and try daring things with your outfits and hair. A new look with the same you would make him see you in a whole new light =]
