running for class officer..
i want to run for historian for my schools student council. i have to like tell people why i think i'd make a good historian. i mean i know i could do a good job and i like taking pictures and making scrapbooks [thats what my job would be] so what should i say?

if you make scrapbooks as a hobbie, show them some of your work. That should definetly impress them.
Tell them you will be dedicated enough for this and that having an interest in what you will do in this position will make you do a better job.

Tell them about you! You're the one running, you're the one people are gonig to vote for!
I'm not saying to make it a popularity contest, because then it would just be a waste of time.
What I mean, is tell them a few good things about you. Like, that you get good grades, or that you're also on the volleyball team or whatever. Let them get to know you a bit, so they don't feel like they're voting for a a COMPLETE stranger.
Other than that, are you organized? If so, include that. Historians should be organized =]
