ill make it short plz give me advice
ill make it short!!! im in love with a boy that have a girl friend and i dont think they are that in love so i want him to b mine... we have way more time to hang out than him and his gf but he seems to b with her bc she is his 1st... but any ways i want him to b mine plz help me to get him... his gf dont even appreciate wat he done for her any ways why not let me treat him good???

Well you can't really just make him be 'in' love with you, you just can't change someones feelings like that. But you can point out what you think his girlfriend does that you don't like, if you really care about him then let him know that you do and tell him that you would really like a chance. Don't try and push him out of the relationship or try and start any drama because it just isn't worth that, but do let him know where you stand on everything. Remember acquaintances to friends, friends to best friends, best friends to [[maybe]] couple.
