Color Swapping....

I want to see what I would look like with red hair or bright blue eyes, i am looking for a color swapping program ONLINE that you dont have to download because my dad will kill me if i download anything else onto his computer...if you have any information on a program like this that even i guess buying it would be okay as long as its a reasonable price...CANT USE PHOTOSHOP. dont know how.
