I was wondering if there are any other places where I can download music for free (something like Limewire) that doesn't put viruses or spyware or anything on my computer! Thank you so much!
If you're not careful, there is nowhere you can download music without the risk of viruses. If you are careful, you can download from anywhere. [ theymos's advice column | Ask theymos A Question ]
Dr_Drew answered Wednesday April 9 2008, 7:04 pm: ANY program in which you download things for free is going to contain some form of virus or spyware... good news, if you know what you are doing you wont. when downloading music simply make sure its in mp3 or WMA format...that simple. It also helps to check the size, the average song size is about 3mb or 3,000k, don't get one if it says 15k. (k for kilobits, mb for megabytes) [ Dr_Drew's advice column | Ask Dr_Drew A Question ]
