keyboard issues I'm pretty sure that I screwed up my keyboard. I had held down the shift key on accident, thinking it was enter, and it did the sticky keys thing. I cancelled that out, but my keyboard is still acting screwy.
To use lower case letters, I have to have the capslock button on. To use upper case letters, I have to have it off. The shift key isn't working at all. It's impossible for me to use a period, commat, number, etc. because they are automatically acting as if I'm holding down the shift key.
I'm using the on-screen keyboard to type this (or whatever it's called).
Anyway, I figured since you're the computer genius, you may know how to fix this.
Any ideas are nice, and thank you in advance.

Oh, if this was confusing, basically, my keyboard is acting as if I'm holding down the shift key anytime I want to use a key. The sticky-keys function is no longer on. It's actually begining to work now, but it's been going back and forth if that makes any sense.

Go to start, run. Type:
access.cpl
(case doesn't matter)
Make sure everything there is unchecked. Press apply. Everything should now be back to normal.
You can click "settings" next to each section(StickyKeys, FilterKeys, ToggleKeys) and uncheck "use shortcut" to stop these from being activated with the key shortcuts. ]
