uploading pics again

like everyone i browse for the picture to upload, it does that and i click like "upload" and it just sits there and sometimes itll refresh the page and just nothing will be uploaded. like its not the sites bc ive tried numerous ones.

Maybe you should format your computer start fresh maybe something is stopping it from your computer try formating it.
