Javascript on Facebook

Question Posted Tuesday April 1 2008, 7:58 pm

When I'm on the main page for facebook- not logged in- it says "Javascript is disabled on your browser.

Please enable JavaScript on your browser or upgrade to a Javascript-capable browser to register for Facebook." in a little box next to the login box. I've never seen this before until yesterday... and since then- I haven't been able to send messages or post on people's walls or poke people, etc.

Then I searched on google about Javascript.. and I found this page:

I have Mozilla Firefox, which I believe I have the latest verion. I made sure that Javascript was enabled following the steps and I clicked okay. Nothing happened. What is the problem?

**The asker contacted me, and we resolved the problem. Putting firefox into safemode and then restarting fixed it. It was probably a rouge plugin that needed to be reloaded.**

Go to tools -> options -> content -> enable javascript. If that's already checked, or if it doesn't work, or if you have any other trouble, contact me by IM:
