Question Posted Sunday March 30 2008, 1:47 pm

I recently downloaded some icons for my pc from deviantART.
Since I am partly computarded could someone explain to me (in easy language) how I could change all the default XP icons (yellow folders etc) to the ones I downloaded.

Possibly all together, like a theme or something?
But any help would be appreciated.

No, there's no way to change them all at once. Some special "replacement" packs come with a tool which will change them all at once, but most don't. You want to look for the word "replacement".

You can change them individually by going to start -> control panel -> folder options. Click the "file types" tab. Select the type you want to change and click "advanced". Click "change icon" and select your icon. OK everything and you're done.
