Apparantly he is a male model named Javier. He has a brother named Robert. That is all that I found.

A lot of people thought he was Sascha Radetski, but now they're all stuck on it being Javier. They continue to talk about his brother (Robert) having a myspace and that he's "hot in Kansas", etc.

I was able to get all of that information from the link that you provided me. Although, I did a google search and was unable to find anything further on this Javier charaacter.

I thought the actor looked a lot like Sascha, though.
