Additional info, added Wednesday March 26 2008, 6:40 pm: I'm 45 yrs. old, 5'8" and normal weight was 155 to 160 until 2003 I had brain surgery and it seemed that my life really slowed down!!!!!!!!!!!!
Now I weight 193 and I don't feel like myself anymore and I don't feel good about myself and I know it's because of my weight!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Babiieeex0x0 answered Wednesday March 26 2008, 8:54 pm: ok first calm down that the first thing...lets see your 45 so ?? you can still loose weight it will be hard but you can loose it all off..its all a matter of food/ exersise and diet.. start with your food.. do you eat fats such as fast food ?? chips, and anything high in calorie... if so then that should majorly cut out of our diet... not fully you can cheat on weekends and still enjoy your favortie foods...but mon-fri you must train your self to eat only good foods, such as vegetables, fruits, meat, and other low calorie foods....exrecise alot...if you cannot run then walk walking is always good for your health and when you feel liek your able to run youll run ..usually up hill is the best....but its hard...so train your slef to a fully out burst diet and exersize and yuoll be able to loose all that weight in no time =)
