Hi there, I'm Southern_Chickety, one of the site administrators.
I don't want to have to give you any sort of ban because you are new to this site, but you have broken a rule that could get you banned in the future.
When you rate the users who answer you a question, there are a few simple guidelines to follow.
The rating of a 1 is for abusive answers only. Answers suggesting harmful or illegal behaviour, etc. ANY TIME you rate someone a one, it must be followed up with an abuse report. [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
If you receive an answer that isn't abusive, but doesn't help your situaiton, then you should rate it a 2.
If the advice is good, but you don't plan on using it, rate it a 3.
If the advice is good and you did use it, rate it a 4.
If the advice is super-spectacular, you used it, it worked, it was the best advice ever... rate it a 5.
Normally, if you rate a user a 1 and it's not worthy of a one or you don't file a report you would get at least a 1hour warning ban. But, because you're a new member and I didn't want to scare you off, I thought I would send you a message to your inbox.
