you gave me advice on my sprained wrist, but I wanted to ask what do you mean regulations don't let you? and did you really run all the time when you broke your wrist? wouldn't it affect it because you're moving your arm up and down when you sprint. I'm joining track, and I am doing sprints, i don't want to reinjure it or anything.

And at my old school, they sid if there was any previous healing wounds, like broken anything or deep cuts thats needed stitches you couldn't compete because they didn't want you to get rehurt, and have it be because you were on that team, and they knew about your condition, and they still let you compete, its the whole liability thingg...so yea, I hope your wrist gets better any more questions IM me on AIM at xxAMS15XX or Ashleymarie854 [ ashleymarie854's advice column | Ask ashleymarie854 A Question ]
