sprained wrist

i sprained my wrist on sat. feb. 23rd and its been around 2 weeks, i can't lift weights onto it, but i can move it a little, if i join a sport that involves running, will that affect the sprained wrist?

No, it won't effect it at all, unless you clentch your fists, then it might hurt, but if you do track or whatever, the requlations might not let you if your already injured... as long as you don't fall down, you should be fine.
