I am very sorry you are going through this but I think a poem is a great way to tell him and show that you care. I think you should right about how you wont forget him and how yall shared something real special that you will never let go of. And also you can throw in that he'll always take a special place in your heart.

Good Luck! I hope I helped!

Hello,

Your situation is very hard to deal with and I know what your going throigh. I think writing a poem is a very sweet way to tell him that your moving. I think you should writeabout how you truly feel deep inside. How much you love him and miss him will also be good to write. But don't forget to show the conforting side to the message. Tell him that you can still be great friends and you can write letters, talk over the phone, and all that kind of stuff.
Good louck!

try to make it about all of that. how youlove him and hate to leave him, but can't pass up the opprotuinity that's been presented to you. how he made a big impact on you and he's someone you'll never forget.
make sure he knows you love him,
