can i dye my hair???
my natural hair color is jet black and i was wondering if i used a REALLY light colored rinse, would it at least turn brown, or do i have to dye it?

You cold achieve a color rinse of sorts, like if your hair caught the light there would be a noticeable difference. If you want brown hair, try using a brown hair dye, and see how it works out. For black hair, though, you may need a stylist's expertise & stronger developer.
Oh, I strongly advise you to never use Garnier 100% Color Ultra-Lift Brown. It made my hair orange.
