Eagles answered Sunday March 2 2008, 4:36 pm: Hey, I'm from England and things are pretty different over here by all accounts, but i'm pretty sure the situations like this over here are the same. First off don't be embarrassed for liking this guy. You're 13 and have so much ahead of you, so be as forward or not as you want to be. The worst thing he can do is say no if you were to ask him out, which then leaves you to move on. Try to get to know him if possible, be confident aswell, don't rely on your friends for too much, they're good for support but you need to show him who you are, make him notice you! If he thinks you're cute then awesome and happy days. Just enjoy being a teenager, trust me, i spent far too long over thinking things when i was younger and missed out on some great opportunities. Don't let your friends handle anything either or he'll misunderstand you for who you really are. So keep it cool for now and try to be yourself around him. If he doesn't like you for who you really are, forget him, there are much more delicious fish in the sea. [ caitiebug6793's advice column | Ask caitiebug6793 A Question ]
